Blueprint Plan for Success
As part of the San Bernardino City Unified School district, V-Tech cherishes the diverse community with which
it serves. With an operating budget that exceeds $2.1 million, and increasing demands for academic accountability while
providing workforce ready citizens, we find it necessary to develop community relationships to meet the demands of our
students and their future employers.
Through the collaboration of community members and V-Tech's highly trained and qualified staff, V-Tech operates
under the District's four-point plan called the Blueprint for Success, which are smaller learning communities,
a bilingual-biliterate district, schools of effective instruction, and the development of a Professional Development Center.
To ensure that V-Tech is meeting the demands of its students, we have developed our school site Blueprint for Success.
